ACCIDENT AND HEALTH DISABILITY
In the event you become sick or injured this plan pays 1/30th of your monthly payment for each day you are disabled as long as you are unable to work for 14 days or longer and continues to pay until your doctor clears you to go back to work or the vehicle is paid off. Low cost disability insurance with no medical exam or surcharges for smoking or high risk jobs.
